Artist statement

I will be graduating from the MFA programme at Goldsmiths University London in Autumn 2026. My most recent area of research has concentrated on 20th century abstraction.  For the past four years with my own work I have concentrated on abstract painting, having previously worked with mixed media.

I completed my BA Hon’s in Critical Fine Art at Central St Martins in the 1990’s where I also completed a Masters in Contemporary Photography Practices and Philosophies in 2021.

I founded Tension an artist run gallery space in South East London in 2019, where I am director and curator.

Short listed for the Clfford Chance Post Graduate Print Making In London 2021 Prize.

Short listed for the Cass art prize at Central Saint Martins 2021.
